Polish Kielbasa Sausage Recipe

Losing your shit right before dinner & don’t know what to cook?? DON’T WORRY-this meal takes less than 15 minutes. And trust me-I will convert you to frozen rice. 😉

Polish Kielbasa Sausage

Ingredients

  • Polish Pork Kielbasa sausage (any kind)

  • Asparagus (broccoli is great too)

  • Rice (any kind, I used brown rice for this one)

Directions:

  1. Start chopping the sausage into slices about the size of your pinky nail. Damn if you have a big pinky sorry-cut them a little thinner. Throw them over the stove on medium-high to high heat for 5 minutes.

  2. While that’s cooking, chop your green veggies however you like.

  3. Now check on your sausage, and you’ll flip sausage over after the 5 minutes to cook the other side.

  4. Add your veggies & cover to steam them. If you don’t care as much as I do-then just cook the sausage for a total of 10 minutes, and add veggies near the end to steam, umkay?? Now don’t char the crap out of them, unless you like charred food...they should be nice ‘n crispy in the middle, but not charred ?

  5. Grab that microwaveable rice & nuke it per their instructions. Enjoy the sausage & veggies over your rice.
