White Chocolate Popcorn
Prep Time: 2 minutes
Cook Time: 3 minutes
Set Time: 0
Ingredients
-
1 package microwave popcorn (DO NOT use movie butter flavored-use anything that is light butter, sea salt. HOMESTYLE by Pop-Secret = lovely)
-
1 cup white chocolate chips
-
2 tsps coconut oil
-
1/8 cup sprinkles
Directions:
-
Pop that popcorn in the microwave! Open bag & let it cool in a massive bowl.
-
Cover an edged baking sheet with either parchment paper or you know I love using my silicone baking mat.
-
Combine white chocolate & coconut oil in microwave safe bowl & nuke it for 15 second intervals!! Stir in between the 15 second intervals & continue your microwave-15-second-dance until this white chocolate river is smooth & glassy like grandma’s eyeballs.
-
Grab your spatula and scrape every last drop into the massive popcorn bowl. Gently flip, toss, shake until popcorn is evenly coated with chocolate. Spread evenly on your baking sheet immediately.
-
Top with sprinkles before the white chocolate hardens.
-
Not like you’ll have any leftovers but...store in an airtight container if you are mastering self-discipline.
